Agreement to Our Legal Terms
We are Robert Kendall, doing business as Atlantic Grid ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). We operate the website atlanticgridrecruiting.com, as well as any related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").
Atlantic Grid is a digital recruiting intelligence service that helps European American football athletes navigate US college recruitment.
You can contact us by email at hello@atlanticgridrecruiting.com.
These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Atlantic Grid, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Legal Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 16 years of age. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Our Services
The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. Those who access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
What You Are Purchasing
Atlantic Grid offers three one-time services:
- $29 Starter Report — a personalized recruiting orientation report.
- $49 Report + Call — the report plus a 30-minute call.
- $79 Full Support — the report, a call, and 30 days of email access.
The $49 and $79 tiers deliver the same report. The difference between them is the level of personal access after delivery, not the content of the report itself. All purchases are one-time payments, not recurring subscriptions.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Atlantic Grid provides recruiting orientation and informational reports only. We do not guarantee recruitment, a scholarship, a roster spot, admission to any institution, or any specific recruiting outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including athletic performance, academic standing, coach decisions, and institutional processes.
Orientation Only; NCAA Eligibility Center Is the Authority
All reports and guidance are provided for general orientation and informational purposes only. The NCAA Eligibility Center is the sole authority on athlete eligibility. Nothing provided by Atlantic Grid constitutes an eligibility determination, and we do not represent that any athlete can obtain a waiver of any kind.
Not Legal, Immigration, or Professional Advice
Nothing provided by Atlantic Grid constitutes legal, immigration, financial, or professional advice. Athletes and families should consult qualified professionals for such matters.
Purchases and Payment
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, processed through our third-party payment provider. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all purchases made via the Services. All payments shall be in US dollars.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
Refunds
Because reports are personalized and require dedicated preparation time, all sales are final once report preparation has begun. A full refund is available if a cancellation is requested before preparation begins.
Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
- Use the Services to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
- Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.
- Systematically retrieve data or content from the Services to create or compile a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
- Make any unauthorized use of the Services, including collecting usernames or email addresses of users by electronic or other means.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services.
- Upload or transmit viruses or other material that interferes with any party's use and enjoyment of the Services.
- Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
User-Submitted Content
The Services allow you to submit content, including athlete names, dates of birth, athletic and performance information, and links to game film. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to submit it. By submitting content, you grant us the right to use, store, and process that content solely to provide the Services to you. We are not responsible for the accuracy of any content you submit.
Third-Party Websites and Content
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, including the NCAA Eligibility Center and our payment provider, that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party websites. Access to any third-party website is at your own risk.
Copyright Infringements
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on or through the Services infringes a copyright you own or control, please notify us by email at hello@atlanticgridrecruiting.com with sufficient detail to allow us to locate and review the material in question.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Negotiations
To expedite resolution and control cost, you and we agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms (a "Dispute") informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one party to the other.
Binding Arbitration
If you and we are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute shall be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Washington, United States. This arbitration agreement applies only to businesses in the United States or where a user brings a claim against us in the United States. If for any reason a Dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, it shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Washington. We will pay any arbitration fees to the extent they are found to be excessive.
Limitations of Liability
In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action will at all times be limited to the lesser of the amount paid, if any, by you to us, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100.00).
Time Limit on Claims
Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Services or these Legal Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
Changes to These Legal Terms
We reserve the right to change, modify, or replace any part of these Legal Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Legal Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Legal Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.
